Led design across web, marketing and CRM for Experian's UK consumer business - one of the UK's most visited financial services sites, with over 1.2 million monthly visitors.
The work spanned the full digital surface: a complete homepage redesign built around the 'Data Self' campaign, a navigation overhaul informed by card sorting and tree testing, a PPC landing page for the Credit Score Builder product launch, a custom icon library of 60+ icons across 64px grids, and a suite of HTML emails dubbed 'Project Frank'.
Each project involved owning the brief end-to-end - from research and wireframing through to Figma prototypes, HTML/CSS production and thorough QA across browsers and devices.
