Completely redesigned the sign-up journey after identifying that a single long-form page was causing high drop-off at the KYC stage, leaving users stuck in a loop.
The solution broke the journey into clearly defined stages - creating a sense of progress and reducing cognitive load at each step. Unnecessary fields were removed, copy was simplified, and a re-engagement flow was introduced to recover users who abandoned part way through.
The same design system underpinned multiple gaming products across the Network Gaming portfolio, including Football Survivor (talkSPORT, The Sun Dream Team, Fitzdares) and Fantasy Golf (talkSPORT, Fitzdares, Rock The Goat).
